It opened January 8, 2022, during “The Art of the Film: Louisiana Film Industry Expo” presented by the Northshore Cultural Economy Coalition and the City of Slidell, and runs through March 11.

Did you know more than 3,000 films have been made in Louisiana since 1895? In fact, the state’s motion picture industry generated annual economic activity of more than $800 million in 2020 alone, despite pandemic shutdowns.

Admission is free! Call the Department of Cultural & Public Affairs at (985) 646-4375 to see Fifty Shades anytime during business hours despite City Hall’s temporary closure due to Covid-19. Presented by Hollywood on the Bayou, Movie Poster Archives, and The City of Slidell.
