MPA Auctions Are Coming

A new way to collect from one of the world’s largest movie poster archives.

We’re finalizing the details on how MPA auctions will work — fair pricing, transparent provenance, and proceeds that fund the preservation of cinematic history. Be the first to know when bidding opens.

What MPA Auctions Will Be

Curated, Not Cluttered

Each season we’ll release a hand-selected group of lots from the MPA collection — posters, lobby cards, stills, and ephemera that earn their place by rarity, condition, or historical importance.

Honest Provenance

Every lot will include condition notes, dimensions, and what we know — and don’t know — about its history. No exaggerated grades. No padded descriptions.

Funding Preservation

Every dollar from MPA auctions funds the digitization and care of the archive. When you bid, you’re not just collecting — you’re protecting film history.
